Refund Policy
Kansas City Scott Gallagher Refund Policy
Operating an effective non-profit 501c3 organization involves significant expenses. Upon a player's registration, KCSG allocates resources and incurs various costs, including fees for local, state, and national youth soccer associations, player registration and insurance, sports management platforms, merchant accounts, and training facilities. Additional expenses cover tournament and league registrations, website maintenance, business insurance, accounting and legal services, payroll, staff and coach compensation, professional development, equipment, and administrative supplies. Consequently, KCSG has established specific policies to manage these financial commitments.
Premier Players
The success of our club teams is contingent upon the dedication of the players who constitute each team and their commitment to the program. Therefore, it is expected that all players and parents will honor their commitments by completing all documentation, attending team meetings and practices, and paying all fees promptly. Given that player withdrawals from a roster can undermine team stability, our refund policy is strict.
Refunds for Premier fees are not available, and all fees must be paid on time (installments or in full), regardless of participation.
However, KCSG may consider issuing a credit to your account for future use under the following exceptions:
- A medically documented injury or illness that precludes the player from completing the seasonal year.
- Documentation verifying that the child is relocating outside the KCSG area.
- Other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Executive Director (Andre).
Please note that Premier Deposits are non-refundable.
